Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and safety-minded Solar Installation Team Lead to take charge in the field. In this role, you'll guide a crew through residential and commercial solar installations, setting the standard for quality, efficiency, and safety on every job site. If you're a natural leader who leads by example and takes pride in getting things done right, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of solar installers safely through daily tasks, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for job site safety, enforcing protocols and modeling safe behavior at all times
• Interpret and execute project design plans and layouts in the field
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Conduct quality checks throughout the installation process
• Document installations accurately using company platforms
• Communicate effectively with project managers and operations staff to keep projects on track

Qualifications

• Experience leading a crew on a construction job site required
• Solar installation experience strongly preferred; relevant experience in construction, electrical, or roofing trades will be considered
• Strong commitment to job site safety --- OSHA 10 certification preferred
• Ability to read and interpret design plans and layouts
• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites (no weekend travel required)
