What Youll Do This is a sales-driven role focused on client experience and results:
- Convert inquiries into booked appointments and long-term members
- Consistently hit (and exceed) membership, gift card, and enhancement sales goals
- Recommend services, upgrades, and packages based on client needs
- Manage front desk operations, scheduling, and client flow
- Deliver a high-energy, professional client experience from check-in to check-out
- Handle client concerns confidently and professionally
- Stay sharp on promotions, services, and products
- You enjoy sales and take pride in hitting goals
- Youre confident recommending services and discussing pricing
- You thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Youre self-motivated and take ownership of your performance and income
