We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Account Representative to join our team in Columbus, OH. This role is crucial in managing client accounts, maintaining long-term relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction through efficient communication and service delivery.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
Monitor account activity and resolve any client issues
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Prepare account reports and conduct regular client follow-ups
Achieve sales and service goals related to account performance
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
Proven experience in account management, customer service, or sales
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High level of organization and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines
