Industrial Assembler (1st Shift) - Barberton, OH

Pay rate:$18-20/hr

Shift: Monday through Friday 6AM-230PM

Job Duties of Manufacturing of Large Garage Doors

• Coordinate and prioritize the movement of materials to and from the production floor.
• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport materials and products.
• Work on a team of material handlers, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular counts and reconciliations.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for quality and compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with production supervisors to anticipate material needs and ensure uninterrupted workflow.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Train new material handlers on equipment operation and safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to address concerns and facilitate smooth operations.

Requirements

• This is an entry level position/advanced positions available with experience
• Ability to stand/Bend majority of shift
• Capability of keeping a consistent pace
• Team oriented and positive attitude is a must
• Keen eye for detail
