Do you have a passion for helping clients over 50 years old build their strength, balance, and mobility? Do you want to assist people stay longer in their home safely? We are looking for a curious person who gets joy out of spending time with people, likes to ask questions, and is a good listener.
FitFam focuses on empowering older adults with tools that help them strengthen their own bodies so they can live the active mature years they desire. We offer in-studio and in-home training sessions with tailored exercise plans that help overcome weakness, instability, and pain that often dominates senior living.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule 45-minute, in-home training sessions (typically between 10am and 3pm)
- Travel to the client’s home to conduct training sessions using proven techniques and exercises that are pulled from our library of exercises
- Model an exercise and engage with a client throughout the session, learning about each client’s unique needs

Requirements
- Desire to be a helper (not a fixer) who sees the positive in life
- Ability to track hours and progress notes
- Reliable transportation
- Personal training experience is a plus
- Credentials (Certified Personal Trainer, Older Adult Specialist, etc.) are a plus but not required
