Project Manager

Description

This role will manage all cycles of testing on a large SAP ERP implementation. The role will then transition to planning and executing the hypercare workstream of the same program. SAP implementation helpful but not required. Experience planning and executing integration, performance, regression, user acceptance and functional variation testing across a matrixed organization required. Experience running hypercare on large programs required. Intermediate to advanced MS excel and JIRA experience required. Service Now experience a plus. Experience managing financials required

Required Skills

Technical Skills: Proven experience managing projects with MS Project Experience managing budgets, financial acumen Organizational skills, attention to detail Project Online/Server experience - PPM tool (general) strongly preferred Strong MS Office experience required (Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with Vendor relationships, SOWs Proven stakeholder management - who are the stakeholders, communication plan, structure Proven Risk/Issue management experience

Proven experience managing project teams consisting of both offshore / off site resources Experience managing up to three projects simultaneously Previous experience managing / controlling project budgets (forecasting) between 500K - 5M.

• Minimum 5 years of SAP implementation project management experience required

• Ability to understand the solution and technical aspects of the project at the right level of detail
• PMI talent triangle - Technical Project Management, Leadership, Strategic Business Management Cross team/project coordination and collaboration
• Ability to coach/mentor junior level project management resources
• PMP Certification a plus

Additional Skills & Qualifications

**There may be times when being onsite in Dublin is required for workshops, large program meetings, go lives, etc.

Assumption is majority of time will be remote but being in the office could be needed on occasion.**

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
