Commercial/Residential Service Coordinator

Overview
Our growing company is looking for A Service Coordinator. This role involves coordinating service crews, managing schedules and ensuring safety compliance. This position offers an opportunity to lead impactful projects within a dynamic team dedicated to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming repair and warranty requests.
• Manage Service Department calendar and inspection appointments in the company's CRM software.
• In collaboration with the Service Dept. Manager, assign daily service work to service crews.
• Track awarded contracts as required. May include change orders, credit applications, lien waivers, affidavits, purchase orders, subcontracts, and other reports.
• Obtain city permits where applicable.
• Manage company project-tracking apps and submit applicable reports and photo documentation.
• Communicate with customers and provide project updates.
• Verify job completion and maintain accurate records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2+ years roofing/construction management experience.
• Roofing product and warranty knowledge.
• Proficient with basic computer and reporting tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Time management and organization skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
