About the Role

As a Canvasser, you’ll be the friendly, professional face of Reign Roofing and Construction conducting door-to-door outreach across Central Ohio and surrounding areas. Your primary goal is to engage homeowners in helpful conversations (we call them “roof wellness checks”), educate them about our services — including free drone roof inspections — and set qualified appointments for our sales team.

This is NOT high-pressure sales. We focus on building trust, providing value, and identifying homes that genuinely need attention. You hand off warm leads; our team handles the rest.

Key Responsibilities

• Canvass assigned residential neighborhoods across Central Ohio and surrounding areas professionally and in full compliance with local solicitation regulations.

• Engage homeowners in positive, conversational interactions — listen to their concerns and share how our quality roofing and construction solutions can help protect their biggest investment.

• Set qualified appointments for free in-home consultations and drone roof inspections.

• Accurately log all leads, notes, and homeowner feedback using our systems.

• Represent Reign Roofing and Construction’s core values of quality, integrity, and craftsmanship at every door.

• Work as part of a supportive team with training and coaching.

What We’re Looking For

• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills — you enjoy talking with people.

• Comfortable with daily door-to-door outreach and resilient when facing rejection.

• Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Previous canvassing, sales, or customer service experience is a plus (we provide paid training!).

• Self-motivated, coachable, positive attitude, and able to work outdoors in Ohio weather.

• Must pass a background check.
