JOB DESCRIPTION
Come join our team at Triumph Signs & Consulting, Inc. where you will play an essential role in facilitating the needs of our customers in the exciting world of visual communications!
You will be working hand-in-hand with customers, vendors and Account/Sales Executives on planning, executing and finalization of sign and lighting projects according to deadlines, resources, and budgets throughout the project’s lifecycle.
You will coordinate each sign project from customer specification to design concept through fabrication and see tangible results of your work each day as these signage projects come to life.
Successful candidates love to drive and champion results through action, working with a strong sense of urgency, often managing a large volume of projects both large and small simultaneously.

Activities include but are not limited to:
Review, process, & oversee all assigned signage project work.
Set and achieve timelines and goals according to customer requirements
Source and research installers and vendors and coordinate efforts with our local team
Maintain or improve profitability by evaluating all potential costs & making thorough decisions
Act as a brand ambassador seeking growth opportunities with each client to deepen relationships
Achieve customer success by delivering high-quality products
Provide excellent customer service with exceptional communication skills

Travel
Travel is possible and is primarily local during the business day, although some accounts/projects may require more out-of-the-area and overnight travel.
Required Education and Experience
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Project Management experience a plus
Computer and Internet literate
Microsoft suite (Excel, Word)
Sales Force or Intact experience is a plus but not necessary
Excellent communication and follow up skills
Very organized and detail oriented
