Director of Branded Merchandise - Build & Lead a New Division

Baesman Group is a nationally recognized marketing services provider of direct-to-consumer and in-store marketing strategy and execution.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to build and lead a new Branded Merchandise division within our established marketing execution company.


This is not a typical promotional products sales role. This is an opportunity to build a business from the ground up with the support of an existing client base and strong infrastructure.



About Us:
We are a $40M marketing execution company serving retail, restaurant, franchise, healthcare, and financial services clients. Our capabilities include print, direct marketing, storefronts, warehousing, fulfillment, and kitting.



The Opportunity:
• Build and lead the promotional products division
• Support existing clients and develop new business
• Source products and manage suppliers
• Develop apparel, kits, and gifting programs
• Integrate merchandise into storefronts and fulfillment

Requirements
