A Downtown Dayton area industrial business is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist with emphasis on Recruitment and Retention including staffing, safety training, worker's compensation program, EEO Policies, employee engagement and perform other administrative office duties.
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a H.R. Generalist position in a factory or manufacturing environment, along with working knowledge of hiring practices, state and federal laws, safety regulations, Worker's Compensation, and Employee Relations.
