Melvin Mills Roofing, LLC, is a 2nd-generation family-owned roofing business that proudly serves the Southeast Missouri area, with headquarters in Fredericktown, MO.

In the mid-1980s, our founder and namesake, Melvin, started offering roofing, siding, carpentry, and general handyman services under the name Melvin Mills Construction. As Melvin’s reputation for great customer service and quality work grew over the years, so did the demand for his services.

In 2008, Melvin’s youngest son, Craig, became a full partner in the business, and we began to narrow our scope of work to focus on building a true residential roofing company. We changed our name to Melvin Mills Roofing, LLC, to signal our commitment to providing outstanding roofing services with the highest level of specialized training and expertise.

JOB PROFILE / JOB DESCRIPTION:

Title: Office Customer Care Specialist

Dept : Operations

Location: Fredericktown Main Campus

Employment type: Full-time / Hourly

Pay: $15-$17 per hour

Reports to: Operations Manager

Responsible for: Self

OVERVIEW:

Main Purpose: Foster new and repeat relationships with customers and assist in maintaining Front Office operations, organization and cleanliness.

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

• Taking incoming calls and collecting information
• Reaching out to potential or existing customers to confirm or book appointments
• Engaging with customers to understand their needs
• Updating appointment schedules, ensuring no conflicts
• Assisting the Front Office and Sales teams in maintaining clear records of appointments, cancellations and reschedules
• Providing basic information about services, products or procedures when needed
• Assist in filing, storage and cleaning of Main Office space.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: Strong verbal communication skills in person, in writing and by phone.
