About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with people, providing excellent customer service, and learning the fundamentals of sales in a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with a positive and friendly attitude
Provide product knowledge and help customers find items that fit their needs
Process transactions at the register (cash, credit, returns, and exchanges)
Maintain clean and organized sales floor and displays
Restock shelves and ensure inventory is properly displayed
Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
Support team members and contribute to a positive store environment
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required)
No prior retail experience necessary – training will be provided
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math and computer skills
Flexible availability (weekends, evenings, and holidays may be required)
