Maintenance Technician - Direct Hire

- $26-$38/hour
- 1 st shift working Monday-Friday from 648am-320pm
- Direct Hire opportunity
- Perform routine maintenance on molding machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with Molding machinery and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed.
- Maintenance and repair of molding machines and equipment as well as electrical, hydraulic, solid state computer controls, and PLC programming.
- Repair and troubleshooting of injection molding machines, auxiliary machines, and building maintenance.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- 5 or more years' experience in maintenance of thermo plastic injection molding machines.
- 3 years of demonstrated experience in injection molding or mold setting role.
- Experience working on 80 to 2200-ton molding machines. Prefer a working knowledge of Van Dorn, Cincinnati, and/or Haitian machines.
- Strong mechanical and 3-phase electrical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Will be subject to pre-employment screening.
