Do you want to work for a top plumbing and heating company in Cincinnati, OH area? Apollo Home is currently accepting applications for our Commercial Plumbing Sales opportunity. We will train the technical side, but sales experience is required.

PAY RANGE: $80,000 - $100,000/yr

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Commercial Plumbing Sales representative is responsible for generating and creating job estimates for commercial customers for Apollo Home and work as a project manager for jobs once the estimate is approved. They must have an acceptable close rate for estimates given while maintaining desired gross profit margins. They will need to work with managers, plumbers, and schedulers to communicate job/customer-specific requirements to ensure that jobs are completed in the most efficient and profitable manner possible.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed/Highly qualified Plumber OR Experienced Sales Professional (preferred)
• Knowledge of permits and drawings (preferred)
• Strong business and analytical acumen, excellent communication abilities, and a demonstratable capability to influence decision-makers
• Outstanding leadership, coaching, and organizational development skills
• Compliance with state and federal plumbing codes (preferred)
• Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
• Generate leads through cold calling and the ability to network and create long-term relationships
• Possess the knowledge and ability to communicate to clients the availability and pricing
• Attend weekly meeting
• Act as a company representative
