Machine Operator

Join a dynamic team in a leading manufacturer and distributor of plastics that supports the postal, waste, and medical industries. We are looking for dedicated machine operators to run equipment responsible for producing plastic bags and film.

• Operate and manage the machinery used in producing plastic bags and film.
• Place plastic film onto mail and produce coloscopy bags.
• Operate blowing film equipment efficiently and accurately.
• Be responsible for the overall running of the machine.
• Learn and perform basic troubleshooting on the machinery, including shutting it off when necessary.
• Participate in forklift training, even without prior experience.

• Experience in machine operation is a must.
• Ability to handle production machinery and perform material handling.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Capability to read blueprints and use measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers.

• Previous experience in a mechanic or production role is beneficial.
• Skills in assembly, quality control, general labor, and packaging are advantageous.
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.

Work in a clean manufacturing environment where machinery is running indoors. Be prepared for warmer temperatures, especially on the third floor. The shifts are structured as follows: 6AM-6PM (2 on 2 off, 3 on 2 off), 6PM-6AM (2 openings), or hybrid shifts (2 days 6AM-6PM, 2 days 6PM-6AM, 4 days off).

This is a Permanent position based out of Hebron, OH.

The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $47840.00/yr.

$1-3 pay bump after 90 days, eligible for cheap benefits w/ full coverage, great work environment & annual profit sharing bonus!

This is a fully onsite position in Hebron,OH.

This position is anticipated to close on Mar 2, 2026.
