We are a small and growing law firm in Cincinnati, Ohio. Our firm focuses on family law, immigration, criminal defense, and appellate litigation. Our firm has grown to the point where we need are in need of a bookkeeper / office manager to assist us with the administration of our practice.

Initial priorities will be oriented towards financial database management, client billings, and payroll administration. Subsequent priorities will be directed to balancing client accounts, creating and maintaining firm financial reports, client contact for balance inquiries and/or payments, monitoring and reporting on marketing efforts, and tracking internal firm metrics.

College Degree is required, and relevant experience (especially with client management / financial software) is preferred. General online research skills along with competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote) are also required.

This position will initially be part time, from 20 to 25 hours a week, with likely expansion based on performance and firm needs. The starting hourly rate is $22.50 / hour, with potential performance-based increases. Firm pays for parking in commercial garage across the street (firm is located in downtown Cincinnati). Health insurance not available. Simple IRA available after 6 months employment with up to 3% employer match.
