Remote Personal Assistant / Full-Time / Part-Time
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Remote Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to executives or business professionals. In this work-from-home role, you will manage schedules, coordinate communications, organize travel, handle correspondence, and assist with a variety of personal and business-related tasks. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and personal commitments.
- Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the executive.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain digital files, records, and confidential documents.
- Conduct online research and gather information for various projects.
- Assist with expense tracking, invoice processing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and service providers as needed.
- Manage personal errands and special projects that can be completed remotely.
- Prioritize tasks, monitor deadlines, and provide regular updates on ongoing assignments.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive personal and business information.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar support role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or ClickUp.
- Basic bookkeeping and expense management experience.
- Strong internet research skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain discretion at all times.
