Job Summary We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to provide a welcoming experience for visitors while supporting daily front desk operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, staying organized, and delivering excellent service in a collaborative workplace. Responsibilities * Direct guests to the appropriate department or team member. * Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. * Coordinate visitor check-in and daily front desk activities. * Receive and distribute incoming mail and deliveries. * Assist with general administrative support duties. * Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient front desk operations. * Follow company procedures and workplace standards. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
