We are seeking a proactive Senior Business Analyst to serve as a key liaison between complex business needs and innovative system solutions. This is an onsite, part-time opportunity (20 hours/week) in Cincinnati where you’ll have the autonomy to shape high-level application flows and mentor peer resources.

Your Opportunity to Lead and Innovate:

• Architect Solutions: Define complex application relationships and functional specifications, creating robust Business Requirement Documents (BRD) that outline clear objectives, costs, and milestones.

• Drive Agile Excellence: Collaborate with Scrum Masters to track sprint progress and analyze user story deployment, ensuring our projects remain on the cutting edge of efficiency.

• Empower Users: Contribute to the development of user guides and lead training sessions, supporting work processes through meticulous acceptance testing.

• Strategic Problem-Solving: Anticipate future trends and assess risks to implement proactive solutions for our retail and logistics partners.

What You Bring to the Team

• Industry Expertise: 4+ years of proven experience supporting clients within the Retail, CPG, or Logistics sectors.

• Technical Mastery: Expert-level Office 365 skills (especially Excel) and the ability to generate insightful reports from consolidated data sets.

• Security Mindset: Awareness of software security within the SDLC and OWASP Top 10 concepts.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or Computer Applications; an MBA from a top-tier school is preferred.
