In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for circulating a variety of cases, with a primary focus on General, Orthopedic, GYN, and Cysto procedures. Your expertise will help ensure smooth operations within the surgical suite, supporting the surgical team and patient safety every step of the way. The position offers a stimulating day shift schedule with the opportunity to earn up to $68 per hour, plus additional on-call compensation.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of circulatory experience in operating rooms
• Proven expertise in General, Ortho, GYN, and Cysto procedures
• Strong knowledge of Meditech EMR
• Ability to efficiently manage a fast-paced surgical environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Additional case experience beyond core specialties
• Experience working in a travel or hospital setting

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of circulating OR RN experience
• Valid RN license in Ohio or the ability to obtain one
• Capable of working independently and adapting to varied clinical scenarios

Other Requirements:

• Must have housing within 30 minutes of the Toledo facility due to call responsibilities
• Call is required one day per week and during two weekends over the 13-week contract (call hours from 0700 Saturday to 0700 Monday)
• Call callback rate of 1.5x pay (similar to OT)
• On-call shifts are a non-negotiable commitment
• Start date is ASAP
• Must be comfortable with scrubless circulator roles; scrubs not required
• Flexibility to handle a range of case types and emergencies
