We are seeking a skilled Metal Finisher to join our manufacturing team. As a Metal Finisher, you will be responsible for grinding, sanding, and refining metal parts to perfection. You must be flexible to work either first or second shift.

Job Responsibilities:

• Use hand grinders and belt sanders to shape and smooth metal parts
• Remove any imperfections from the parts with precision
• Communicate with the Supervisor regarding any missing components
• Conduct quality checks to ensure the finished parts meet high standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and store tools properly
• Adhere to safety protocols to create a secure work environment
• Ensure all tasks are completed with the utmost attention to detail and quality
• Be ready to take on additional tasks as needed
