Document Specialist

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Document Specialist to join our production team in Parma, OH. This role is essential for ensuring our high standards of document management and quality are met daily. work hours: 7 AM - 3 PM

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will involve high-volume document processing within a production facility.

• Document Prep: Opening and separating mail; prepping documents for scanning (removing staples, clips, etc.).
• Production Scanning: Operating KODAK scanners and other equipment to meet "Impressions per Hour" (IPH) targets.
• Quality Control: Inspecting, compiling, and assembling projects accurately to ensure error-free delivery.
• Maintenance: Performing basic machine upkeep (clearing jams, refilling toner) and reporting equipment failures.
• Organization: Maintaining an organized workstation and completing all required paperwork legibly and on time.

Requirements & Physical Demands

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical Skills: Basic PC and typing skills; experience with printing/scanning equipment is a plus.
• Communication: Ability to read and understand instructions in English.
• Physical Ability: * Stand for at least 8 hours per day.
  • Lift and move supplies weighing up to 50 lbs from floor to waist.
  • Frequent bending, twisting, and repetitive tasks.
• Adaptability: Must be able to work in a loud production environment and handle moderate stress levels to meet tight deadlines.
