Pool Technician/Cleaners

We are seeking Pool Technician/Cleaners who will be responsible for keeping their client's pools sparkling clean and well-maintained. You will balance chemicals, maintain water levels, and be the go-to person for all things pool-related. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Duties:
- Balance pool chemicals
- Maintain water levels
- Work outdoors in the heat, rain, storm, etc.
- **Follow a route of commercial swimming pools to be assigned cleaning responsibilities
- **Work 5 to 7 days a week averaging between 35-45 hours, start early, about 6:00 a.m., and end their day once their assigned pool routes are clean
- Lift, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Perform other duties as needed
Requirements:
- Must have a High school diploma or GED
- Must have at least 2 years previous experience in plumbing, repair industry, HVAC or pool/spa industry
- Previous pool experience is preferred but not required
- Must have excellent interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills while paying a high attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines is needed
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, work well with others as part of a team, and follow safe operating procedures
- **Must be comfortable working outdoors in variety of conditions (heat, rain, storm, etc.)
- **Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record is required
