• Perform skilled repairs and maintenance on construction equipment, heavy trucks, and trailers at various job sites.
• Utilize your expertise to keep our fleet running smoothly, ensuring projects stay on track.
• Generate detailed service reports, logs, and diagnostics using OEM software .
• Travel to diverse work environments and take pride in solving technical challenges.

• Proven experience repairing and maintaining construction equipment or heavy trucks; background in construction , oil and gas , or a related industry is a big plus.
• Welding experience is highly desirable.
• A fully equipped mechanic’s tool set to support our heavy equipment fleet.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
• Physical stamina for demanding tasks—lifting 50+ pounds, climbing, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
• A clean record to pass DOT drug screening and a background check .

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.

• Work Conditions :
