Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Painter to join our team in East Liberty, OH. This is a temp-to-perm role offering competitive pay and the opportunity to work on diverse painting projects, including interior, exterior, and machine painting.
Pay & Schedule
• $25 – $27 per hour (based on experience)
• Full-time | Temp-to-Perm opportunity
• Overtime and weekend availability may be required
Qualifications
• 4 years of related painting experience and/or training
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain forklift and lift certifications
• Comfortable reading and interpreting safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Basic computer skills
Key Responsibilities
• Perform painting tasks as directed by Site Lead and Honda Lead
• Read work orders and follow supervisor instructions regarding painting assignments
• Prepare surfaces for painting by smoothing, removing old paint, and filling nail holes, cracks, and joints with caulk or other filler
• Protect floors, furnishings, and other surfaces using drop cloths, masking tape, and paper
• Set up ladders or operate man lifts for tasks at elevated heights
• Complete interior, exterior, and machine painting per instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely paperwork related to job duties
• Perform other duties as assigned
