Join Infiniti of Akron as an Automotive Parts Counter person, where you will play a key role in supporting our service department by efficiently managing and distributing automotive parts. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Assist customers and service technicians in locating and purchasing automotive parts and accessories.
- Manage inventory by stocking, organizing, and maintaining parts accuracy.
- Process orders, returns, and warranty claims in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about part specifications and availability.
- Maintain a clean and organized parts counter and warehouse area.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in automotive parts sales or counter service preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Ability to lift moderate weights and work on feet for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Competitive pay ranging from $16.00 to $20.00 per hour, paid weekly.
