**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible presence.
+ Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or property damage within the grounds of the location.
+ Communicate professionally with visitors and/or staff, offering assistance and guidance as needed.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of all activities, incidents, and/or irregularities encountered during patrols.
+ Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and location staff to support a secure and welcoming environment for all patrons.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
