JOB FAIR at 10030 Philipp Parkway, Aurora, Ohio on Friday, July 17 from 10am-12pm and 1pm-5pm Apply online and/or send resume to [email protected] We are seeking a detail-oriented Staging Operator to join our production team. You will be responsible for coordinating and preparing materials and components, ensuring they are organized and ready for production in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Follow 3D models to install final parts, such as cover panels and labels, onto power cabinets. Utilize standard hand tools, including drills, wrenches, and screwdrivers, to complete assigned tasks. Sort and stage materials for the final packaging station and assemble wood pallets as needed. Verify the accuracy of incoming materials and components against specifications. Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies. Maintain a clean and organized staging area while adhering to all safety protocols. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school education is preferred. Previous experience in staging, material handling, or warehouse operations is preferred. Basic computer skills (web browser, email) and familiarity with manufacturing processes and materials. Basic knowledge of standard hand tools. Ability to multitask, with strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, squat, kneel, and climb a stepladder.
