Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Maintenance Technician - 1st and 3rd Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team on first and third shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components of industrial machinery, equipment, and building systems. You will follow electrical codes, manuals, schematic diagrams, and other specifications using hand tools, power tools, computers, and electrical test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and components.
• Perform maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Adhere to electrical codes and specifications.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and electrical test equipment efficiently.
• Complete biweekly and metered preventive maintenance tasks.
• Manage work orders effectively.
• Dedicate 50% of your role to troubleshooting.

Essential Skills

• Mechanical and Electrical Industrial Maintenance Experience
• PLC troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot 12-600v DC.
• Ability to troubleshoot 120-480v 3 phase motors (AC)
• Hydraulics
• Pneumatics

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in troubleshooting Siemens PLCs and hardware.
• Experience with vision system troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with hot melt system troubleshooting.
• Experience with date coding equipment troubleshooting.
• Experience in hoist maintenance.

Work Environment

Our facility is located in Delaware. It is a very clean and organized workplace with temperature control to ensure a comfortable working environment. Tools are provided on-site, and the facility supports diverse and dynamic daily operations.

This is a Permanent position based out of Delaware, OH.

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $81120.00/yr.
