Salary range $80,000 - $95,000
Your Role
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) drives day-to-day HR execution across assigned locations, partnering closely with site and operations leaders to support employee relations, performance, workforce management, and engagement.
This role serves as the frontline HR partner for managers and employees, with accountability for execution, data accuracy, and consistency.
What You’ll Do
- Manage employee relations matters, including investigations and disciplinary actions; escalate complex or high-risk issues
- Support performance management process, ensuring timely completion, quality documentation, and effective execution by managers
- Provide local input into People Reviews and execute development plans for key talent
- Track headcount, vacancies, and attrition; partner with recruiting to support hiring needs
- Serve as the first point of contact for managers on HR policies, procedures, and day-to-day people decisions
- Execute engagement initiatives and support survey action plans at the site level
- Maintain accurate HR data and report on key metrics; identify trends and escalate risks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of HR experience (HRBP, Generalist, or similar role)
- Experience supporting unionized environments, including labor relations and collective bargaining agreements
- Strong experience in employee relations, investigations, and performance management
- Experience supporting fast-paced, operational environments
- Ability to balance execution with sound judgment and escalation
- Strong communication and coaching skills with frontline leaders
- Comfort working with HR data, metrics, and workforce reporting
