What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, key users, and business process leads to analyze business problems and capture detailed requirements; reconcile conflicts.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to define process requirements and system changes.
• Develop detailed user stories, work plans, deliverables, and definitions of overall approaches for Blue Yonder WMS initiatives.
• Write business specifications for new development and system enhancements.
• Configure systems to support business needs.
• Develop detailed user stories, work plans, deliverables, and definitions of overall approaches for Blue Yonder WMS initiatives.
• Write business specifications for new development and system enhancements.
• Configure systems to support new implementations.
• Partner with program and training/communication teams to ensure business readiness for organizational change and schedule impacted processes/systems changes
• Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to super users

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent related work or military experience
• 7 years of experience implementing and supporting Blue Yonder Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Excellent planning, client support and organization skills
• Implementation and support experience with web-based applications, WMS, Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and small parcel shipment systems
• Experience using SQL for data analysis, extraction, troubleshooting and reporting
• Expertise and experience in supply chain management, warehousing, transportation or distribution
• Experience following formal project management practices
• Knowledge of formal systems development methodologies
• Availability to travel up to 25% of the time depending on project status and business needs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including communicating technical concepts and plans at all levels.

It’d be great if you also have:

• Experience in any of the following: business analysis, systems analysis or business requirements gathering.
• Experience performing well under pressure in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
