Sr. Product Manager
Location: Bay Area, CA or Cincinnati, OH
Pantomath is looking for a Sr. Product Manager who is excited to build tools that make data workflows more observable, reliable, and actionable. In this role, you’ll take ownership of high-impact initiatives that drive product strategy, translate user needs into scalable solutions, and collaborate across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver products customers love. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact at a fast-paced, product-led SaaS company tackling some of the most pressing challenges in data operations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead major product initiatives from strategy through execution, balancing daily tactical delivery with multi-quarter strategic priorities.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to define, build, and launch impactful features.
- Translate market signals, customer insights, and company objectives into clear, actionable requirements.
- Write and maintain Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), customer-facing release notes, and end-user documentation that connect features to business goals and value.
- Partner with CX and Sales to deliver training and enablement that ensures product functionality and changes are well-understood across teams.
- Engage directly with customers to support design partnerships and gather feedback for new feature development and improvements.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, making data-driven trade-offs between near-term delivery and long-term vision.
- Define and track success metrics, using analytics and user feedback to guide iteration and continuous improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends in data engineering, observability, lineage, and ETL to inform product direction.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or Engineering).
- 6+ years of experience in product management or a closely related role, ideally within SaaS or data-focused products.
- Demonstrated success driving cross-functional projects and delivering features from concept to launch.

- Excellent communication, storytelling, and documentation abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience using tools such as:
- Linear or Jira

- Ability to balance technical feasibility, user empathy, and business strategy.
- Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with distributed teams.
