As a mental health professional, you chose this path to make a difference , not to spend your time juggling billing, insurance contracts, credentialing, and administrative work. That’s where we come in. At Mindfully, we handle the business side of things so you can focus on what matters most— your clients .
We are currently seeking either one full-time clinician (with availability on Saturdays and Sundays) or six part-time clinicians to cover early morning, evening, and weekend shifts. Below is the current office availability by day:
- Saturday & Sunday: 2 offices available, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Wednesday: 1 office available 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM, 2 offices open 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Thursday: 1 office available 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM, 2 offices open 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Friday: 1 office available 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM

- Current, valid license to practice as a clinician in the state of Ohio .
- Ability to work in-office at our Western Hills, OH location.
- Comfortable with a part-time 1099 contractor role .
- Hourly Pay: $35–$47/hour (based on license type and caseload).
- Additional Stipends:
- Tenure stipend for full caseload maintenance.
- Monthly supervisor stipend (for eligible clinicians).
