You’ll be working in neighborhoods where we’re actively completing home improvement projects, giving you a strong introduction and more natural conversations with homeowners who are already seeing our work.

• Average earnings: $50,000–$60,000
• Top performers earn $80,000+

How You’ll Contribute

• Connect with homeowners in neighborhoods where Joyce has active projects
• Introduce our products and services in a natural, conversational way
• Generate interest and schedule appointments for our sales team
• Represent the brand professionally in the community
• Work toward daily and weekly goals
• Learn and apply proven communication and sales techniques
