Job Description:

plasmaSource is opening in Ohio! plasmaSource, a new kind of plasma center, is excited to announce that we are opening new centers in both Canton, OH and Elyria, Ohio. We are not a new company... just new to Ohio! We cannot wait to meet YOU!

We are seeking Donor Experience Concierge at both our Canton and Elyria locations and would value your support in caring for patients through donor engagement.

In this role, you will be the "brand" of plasmaSource. You will confirm appointments prior to the appointment date. You will welcome donors into the center, get them processed in with any necessary paperwork.

After donation, you will ensure an excellent donor experience and actively schedule donors to return. You will also assist in various administrative duties within the center, including being the leader for any marketing initiatives within the center.

What to Expect:

Hire Date: July 13, 2026

Base Pay: $18.49- $23.94 (depending on years of experience)

Paid Training Location: 5060 Navarre Road. SW Canton, Ohio

Schedule: Center hours: Monday - Saturday. FT 40 hours/week. Will offer 8-hour or 10-hour shifts. 40 hours/week.

KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION

• High school diploma required.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

• None.

EXPERIENCE

• Two years of related experience required.
