We’re growing fast and looking for an experienced Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager who is passionate about helping customers and driven to succeed in a customer-focused environment.

What You’ll Do
Present financing options and extended service products in a transparent, compliant, and customer-friendly manner
Secure financing through a strong network of lenders while maintaining excellent relationships
Ensure all deals are accurately completed, funded, and compliant with state and federal regulations
Collaborate closely with sales and management to maximize potential while delivering exceptional guest experience
Maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism that reflect the Fairfield Volkswagen brand
What We’re Looking For
2+ Years of proven experience as an Automotive Finance or F&I Manager (VW or import experience a plus)
Results driven
Strong knowledge of dealership software (CDK, RouteOne, etc.)
Excellent communication, closing, and customer service skills
Ability to manage paperwork, compliance, and deal flow with precision
Positive attitude and team-player mentality
Special Finance Experience a plus
High school Graduate or Ged Equivalent
