HR Specialist
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance, collaborating with hiring managers
- Develop and conduct comprehensive onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and Workday
- Provide guidance on HR-related matters including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field with 2-3 years of HR experience
- Strong understanding of Federal and local labor laws
- Proficiency in administering HRIS systems; experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or Workday preferred
- Demonstrated ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks, and maintain strict confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Competitive compensation with bonus eligibility, ranging from $72,000 to $85,000 annually
