We are a locally owned printing and marketing services company looking for a motivated Account Executive to help grow our business in the local market.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with business owners, office managers, marketing teams, schools, nonprofits, medical offices, contractors, real estate professionals, and local organizations. You will sell practical, repeat-use products such as business cards, brochures, flyers, signs, banners, forms, envelopes, direct mail campaigns, postcards, branded materials, and other print/marketing services.
You will manage existing customer relationships while also prospecting for new business. The best fit is someone who is comfortable making calls, visiting local businesses, following up consistently, and turning one-time print orders into long-term accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new local business customers
- Build relationships with existing accounts and encourage repeat orders
- Sell print, signage, direct mail, and marketing service solutions
- Follow up on quotes, leads, past customers, and active opportunities
- Meet weekly sales activity and revenue goals
- Keep customer notes and follow-ups organized
- Work with the production team to ensure clear customer expectations
Qualifications:
- Sales, customer service, or account management experience preferred
- B2B sales or outside sales experience is a plus
- Comfortable making calls, visiting businesses, and following up consistently
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Print, marketing, advertising, or promotional product experience is helpful but not required
Compensation:
Base pay plus commission, based on experience and performance.
