Title: Virtual Assistant for Administrative, Property Management, and Research Tasks
Description:
I am looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support me with a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling structured documentation, managing recurring tasks, and conducting research as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in drafting and formatting Lead Risk Assessment reports (training and templates will be provided).
• Provide administrative support related to residential property management, including tracking tenant communications, payments, and documentation.
• Conduct miscellaneous research projects (e.g., market analysis, vendor research, competitor comparisons).
• Manage emails, schedule appointments, and maintain organized digital files.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and/or Google Workspace.
• Ability to learn new software tools quickly (training provided).
• Experience in property management or report writing is a plus, but not required.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills (not required but a plus):
• Experience with real estate administration or inspection/risk assessment reports.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
• Research and data organization experience.
Workload & Payment:
• Approximately 10–20 hours per week to start, with potential for increased hours.
• Flexible schedule, but some tasks may have deadlines.
• Hourly pay; please provide your rate.
