It analyst

Responsibilities:

Sentinel is looking for an IT Infrastructure Analyst for our customer. The ideal candidate can thrive in a geographically diverse team and apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to a variety of technical challenges. This role involves managing small to medium projects, working with major suppliers, and effectively communicating complex concepts to non-technical users. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, skilled at prioritizing tasks, and experienced in Agile environments. Strong communication, process engineering, and technical documentation abilities are key to success in this position. This a full time role reporting onsite at our client location in Cleveland, OH.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5+ years of experience in a technical analyst or infrastructure role.
• Strong networking expertise: Cisco LAN/WAN/WLAN, wireless technologies, RADIUS, VoIP, cabling standards.
• Solid Microsoft background: Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Teams.
• Experience with server infrastructure, virtualization, and hyperconvergence.
• Proficiency with troubleshooting/monitoring tools (Wireshark, SolarWinds, Splunk).
• Understanding of encryption, security protocols, and IT governance.
• The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
• A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
