Housekeeping Supervisor
- Supervisory duties in the Housekeeping department including floor assignments and general support of housekeepers, housemen, and guest lobby porters
- Inspecting and ensuring high standards of guest room cleanliness
- Coaching housekeeping colleagues & tracking top guest score complaints for room cleanliness
- Resolving guest complaints and guest recovery
- In addition; as business dictates the ability to assist in the housekeeping team with cleaning rooms
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs of weight
- Ability to push and pull a cart up to 50lbs of weight
- Capable of standing for long periods of time
- Able to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision
- Unafraid of guest room related tasks and responsibilities
- Takes pride in a job well done
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Typical schedule will be 9am to 5:30pm or 3pm-11:30pm depending on coverage and business needs
- A fun and energized person
- Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
- Previous hotel specific housekeeping Experience highly preferred
