As the Staff Accountant , you will assist with overseeing financial operations, reporting, and ensuring compliance in the automotive industry as well as side entities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial processes
- Assisting with monthly closings and financial analysis
- Implement and maintain internal controls
- Coordinate communication between departments
- Process paperwork and financial transactions
- Assist in completion of annual reviews and audits
- Billing, Reconcile accounts and schedules
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 1-2 years of accounting experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of accounting office positions
