Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer in a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine driving patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe conditions that may require attention.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns according to post procedures and client expectations.
• Support emergency response activities, document incidents accurately, and assist with crowd and traffic flow during busy operational periods, deliveries, and/or shift changes.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
