Sr. Network Engineer

Job Description

Insight Global is looking to hire a Senior Network Engineer to sit remotely for one of our largest clients headquartered in Cleveland, OH. This individual should have proven experience and success in ensuring the stability and integrity of large enterprise networks and be ready to hit the ground running on significant initiatives of the company's integration.

Responsibilities:

• Design and configure secure networks to ensure their smooth and reliable operation for fulfilling business objectives and processes.

• Deploy zero-trust technologies for remote users, retail sites, cloud, and data centers.

• Configure security policies across environment to ensure safe and secure operation.

• Create and maintain documentation as it relates to network configuration, network mapping, and processes.

• Ensure stakeholders are updated regarding status of all incidents and requests, and document accordingly.

• Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation.

• Deploy and manage network devices using established policies and procedures.

• Strictly adhere to departmental Change Management practices and policies.

• Act as an escalation point for network support issues, including after-hours as part of an on-call rotation.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related fireld

• 10+ years experience with cisco equipment

• 3+ years of Azure and AWS Cloud Security experience

• 3+ years experience with Fortinet equipment

• Zscaler solutions

• Juniper routers

• Aruba switches

• PCI standards - Aruba Central/Wireless

• Aruba ClearPass and dot1x authentication
