About the Role

Join our dynamic team in Akron, OH as a Part-Time Customer Service Associate & Warehouse. This role combines hands-on warehouse operations with customer-facing responsibilities, offering a flexible schedule with 15-25 hours per week within our operating hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. We’re seeking a motivated self-starter passionate about delivering exceptional service and maintaining an organized, efficient warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service Duties

• Handle incoming calls, transfer to appropriate extensions, and take detailed messages when necessary.

• Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries about products and services.

• Deliver quotes and technical support to customers.

Warehouse Duties

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments in a small warehouse setting, including delivering product using company provided vehicle.

• Assist customers with order pick-ups, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

• Conduct monthly inventory counts with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Operate a forklift (training and certification provided).

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Qualifications:

Required :

• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in roles such as warehouse operations, distribution center, customer service representative, or fulfillment operations.

Skills & Attributes:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and passion for delivering quality results.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
