As a Marketing & Service Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our customers and mentoring our high-performing team members, directly contributing to our continued success and strategic expansion. Your Impact & Responsibilities

In this high-impact role, you'll be a key driver of our service excellence and growth:

  • Lead and motivate your team to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
  • Deliver exceptional communication and service to both existing and prospective customers, ensuring a top-tier customer experience.
  • Actively support and participate in crucial door-to-door marketing and sales initiatives, directly contributing to our market penetration.
  • Educate customers on our eco-friendly lawn care solutions and integrated pest management practices.
