Dental Patient Coordinator/Front Desk

We are seeking a friendly, organized, detail-oriented Patient Coordinator to join our busy, patient-focused team. What You'll Do
- Welcome patients and create a positive first impression
- Manage scheduling and maintain smooth daily office flow
- Answer phones and assist patients with professionalism and care
- Verify insurance benefits, process payments, and assist with treatment coordination
- Help maintain the warm, welcoming environment our patients value
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented personality
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
- Experience with dental office software preferred (PracticeWorks, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
- Prior front desk, customer service, or dental experience preferred, but not required
- Availability Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays
