We are currently seeking a qualified individual for our Machine Operator position, joining our Chillicothe, OH team!  SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 11pm - 7am SHIFT: 3rd Shift  Additional hours may be required due to business demands. Paid vacation, holiday and sick time.  Paid Employee referral program.  WHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED: ~ Must complete a background and pre-employment drug screen. As well as a preplacement screening which tests the ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.  QUALIFICATIONS YOU BRING: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. One to three months of related mechanical experience and/or training. Ability to work with latex gloves, airborne seasoning, cardboard dust, cleaning solutions, and hot water. Ability to work in a noisy and fast-paced environment. Good balance on slippery surfaces. Sustain concentration for up to 3 hours at a time. The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that an employee encounters while performing essential functions of this job.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.   Key Responsibilities KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Operation of computerized weigh heads, Hayssen and TNA packaging machines, and Blueprint automatic case packers. Observing machines to ensure the correct packaging film, product package weight, price, and code date are set correctly to obtain overall package integrity.
