Job Title: General Labor – 2nd Shift

Primary Activities/Duties:

• Assist in assembling components and products using hand tools and power tools.
• Support warehouse operations including receiving, scanning, and putting away stock.
• Pick and bundle customer orders using RF equipment.
• Load and unload trucks and move materials using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
• Stage materials for production and transport finished goods to designated areas.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas in accordance with 6-S and safety standards.
• Complete required documentation and labeling of parts and products.
• Participate in cross-training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach frequently throughout the shift.
• Lift 25–50 pounds to waist level and up to 25 pounds above shoulder level.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing assignments.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and diagrams in English.
• Basic computer skills; ability to learn and use RF scanners and software systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Safety Requirements:

• Wear safety-toed footwear
• Safety glasses with side shields
• Hearing protection
• Other PPE as required.

Knowledge & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with hand tools, measuring equipment, and RF scanning devices.
• Computer literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Work Environment:

• Warehouse and manufacturing areas with exposure to hot and cold temperatures, dust, and noise.
